One of the biggest challenges with Mahdieh resides in the fact that «The so called Board of Directors» is running the Masjid in the most traditional way possible. Living in a Western Socity is very different from what they might be used to, hence, making it super demanding… It is almost impossible to attract new and fresh audience when directors are trying so hard t hang on to their old ways… Not sure whether they really don’t know or pretend not to know.. how do they expect change and participation if they are not willing to change themselves …Great Leaders lead by example and walk their talk, otherwise hiding being glass doors or offices does not make one a leader … History has proven that individuals who have tried to inject fresh blood into Mahdie, have quickly turned around and resigned….it is about time to allow for innovation to take over … Silence is not always a sign of agreement, but opposition. …do not discard or think that silence means ignorance….
